This week’s recipe is a Special request from Eric Knight and their family who are celebrating a Birthday for Daughter Taylor Knight! Cajun Alfredo Pasta w/Chicken! Enjoy
Chicken Cajun Alfredo Pasta
Heat oil in a large pot over high heat. Cook the garlic, sausage, and chicken until garlic starts to brown and the chicken is no longer pink. 5-8 min.
Sprinkle in Cajun seasoning and stir to evenly coat the sausage and chicken.
Add the cream, and bring to a boil.
Add the pasta, stirring until evenly mixed.
To finish, add parmesan and parsley, stirring until cheese melts and pasta is coated with a thick sauce. Top with tomatoes and serve.
*Sausage and Chicken are the most popular protein’s to use, but you can do Shrimp, Beef, veggies, tofu….**For juiciest chicken place 1tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp cajun seasonings and chicken in a baggie and marinate refrigerated for an hour.
