Cilantro Slaw

In a mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt, lime juice and sugar.

Add cabbage, carrots, cilantro and onions. Mix well.

Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Note
- An accessible tip – to save time or if you are having trouble slicing and dicing, you can use pre-bagged slaw mix and dressing. Just add cilantro, red onion and jalapeno.
